If you keep your existing Nameservers or copy your DNS records to Fyneen before the transfer, your website and email keep pointing to the same servers. Our team can check your setup before the transfer starts.
No, you will not lose any time. All remaining days from your current registrar are preserved and 1 additional year of registration is automatically added to the existing expiration date.
An EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol) or Auth Code is a unique security password required to authorize domain migration. You can retrieve it from your existing registrar's domain dashboard or by contacting their support.
For .ID and .CO.ID domains, you need the EPP code from your old registrar and valid business legal documents (KTP/Passport & NIB/SIUP/Deed). The Fyneen team will handle verification with the PANDI registry.
