OTC Bali faced operational challenges with 7 separate, non-integrated systems (silos), causing data duplication, difficulties in real-time academic monitoring, and a fragmented user experience for staff, students, and management.

We built an integrated web-based digital ecosystem that connects all campus operations. The solution includes an Academic Information System (SIAKAD), HRM, Learning Management System (LMS), and a global career portal (Cruiselink) under a Single Sign-On (SSO) system.
